摘要
针对某一个冷却生产线,利用VB语言设计冷却过程的钢板位置跟踪、显示测温点的温度和计算的冷却过程的温降分布的动态人机界面的软件实现。该软件利用AD/DA卡(PC-6408、PC-6325A)采集生产现场的模拟信号和数字信号到工控机中,在工控机的人机界面中实现与生产现场的同步,利用传热学模型计算出整个钢板冷却过程中的厚度方向的温度分布,为温度预测模型的精度与生产现场实测温度比较分析提供了良好的平台。
The dynamic HMI software is designed with VB for a cooling process in production line of steel plate,which can trace positions of heavy plates,display the temperatures measured by specific sensors,and calculate temperature distribution of plates.This software can also draw the curves of the measured temperature and the temperature distribution of plates.Analog and digital signals are collected in field by AD/DA data acquisition cards (PC-6408、PC-6325A).The HMI changed synchronously with the changing of cooling process.The temperature distributions of plates along thickness direction are Calculated via thermodynamics model of plates,which provides a good platform to compare and analyze the temperature predicted by predictive model and temperature measured in field.
