摘要 目的:总结艾滋病的治疗方法进展。方法:综合分析近年来国内外有关艾滋病的治疗理论及方法进展资料,如抑制人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)附着细胞、HIV-1逆转录酶抑制剂、HIV-1蛋白酶抑制剂等。结果:无论在实验室阶段还是临床疗效上,上述治疗方法都有明显效果。结论:上述方法在艾滋病治疗上值得推行和进一步研究。 Objective: To sumarize advances in AIDS treatment. Methods: To synthetically analyze abroad and domestic files about development of theory and method to treat AIDS in recent years, just like inhibiting HIV- 1 adhesion cell,HIV- 1 reverse tanscriptase inhibitor,HIV- 1 protease. Results: Both in lab and clinical, above methods all have significant effects. Conclusion :Above methods are worth carrying out and being investigated further in AIDS treatment.
