摘要
蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)是在动植物及微生物体内广泛存在的一种对蛋白水解酶活性有抑制作用的小分子量蛋白质。蛋白酶抑制剂在调节蛋白酶活性和蛋白质代谢等方面起着重要的作用,近年来发现它在许多疾病及病理过程中有控制作用。为此,综述了蛋白酶抑制剂在农业和临床治疗上的应用。
Proteinase inhibitor is a small molecular weight proteinuhich exists in animal bodiesplants and mcrobe and has the inhibition of proteinase activities. Proteinase inhibitor plays an important role as a regulator in proteinase activities and protein metabolism. The recent discovery has confirmed that it is effective in control of many diseases. This paper summarizes the application of proteinase inhibitor in agriculture and clinic treatment.
