摘要
"阳光体育运动"的推出,为我国青少年健康水平的全面提高指出了明确的目标,也是开展我国高校体育健康工作的重要指导方针."矩阵型"管理体系框架是运用管理学和管理系统工程学原理和方法,将高校现有各种可用资源进行整合,使其形成具有严谨理论依据的特殊管理体系.为我国高校实施"阳光体育"活动,建立长效管理机制方面的理论研究,做出了有益尝试.
There come the clear goal for the all-round improvement of the youth health in China,and the significant guideline for the carry-out of sports in colleges with the introduction the Sunshine Sports. The matrix management system,by using principles and methods of Management and Management System Analysis Engineer-ing ,integrates the present various available resources to form a unique management system with precise theoretical foundation. It provides some useful attempts for the carry-out of the Sunshine Sports in colleges and the theoreti-cal research of establishing a long-effect management mechanism.
