摘要
21世纪中国在崛起,但是我国学校学生的体质却呈现多年下降的趋势。阳光体育在各级各类学校实施近四年来虽取得了一定的成绩,但是学生并没有真正的把阳光体育纳入自己的生活。导致我国现阶段阳光体育在校园实施瓶颈的因素包括三点:1)阳光体育推行主体不当;2)阳光体育的实施主体缺乏创新;3)阳光体育监管缺位。要推进校园阳光体育的顺利实施可以从以下三个方面着手:1)明确阳光体育推行的责任主体;2)鼓励阳光体育的实施主体创新,建立相关激励机制;3)完善阳光体育在校园推行的监督机制。
China is rising in 21st century,but the Students Constitutions appears downtrend for years on end.sunshine sports has made some achievement from its beginning,but the students don＇t bring the sunshine into their life.There are three reasons which blocks the sunshine sports： 1）the pushing subject did not fit its position;2）the operating subject lacks of innovative spirts;3）lacking of Oversight Mechanisms.If we hope the sunshine sport going well,we can take steps from three points： 1）ensuring the subject of pushing of sunshine sport;2）tinspiring the operating subject to create and build incentive mechanism;3）perfecting the Oversight Mechanisms which is pushing in campus.
