摘要
文中描述了基于OPT的ERP软件中生产作业计划系统的设计与实现 ,给出了系统的信息流程图 ,详细描述了系统的实现步骤和一种动态调度仿真顺排算法。该生产作业计划系统通过识别瓶颈和对瓶颈资源的充分利用 ,并按瓶颈决定的生产节奏 ,对其上游工序实行拉动式生产 ,对其下游工序实行推动式生产 ,使生产中的物料流比较顺畅 ,减少了库存 ,从而真正提高了系统的有效产出。
It described the design and realization of a production planning system which is based on the theory and principles of optimized production technology(OPT) in ERP. This system identifies bottleneck and makes the best use of bottleneck,then according to the production rhythm on Bottleneck,pulls the working procedures before the working procedure on Bottleneck and pushes the working procedures after it. This production planning system can produce a production plan with smooth material flow and less storage ,which increases the effective output really.
