摘要
阐述了软件开发是一种知识密集型的智力活动,同时也是一种劳动密集型的活动,而软件项目与一般项目比较有其独有的特点,其成果的可见性差。因此,在软件开发的项目管理中,应将管理学原理与软件工程学有机地结合起来,注意其特殊性,才能真正搞好软件项目的管理。
It is elaborated that the soft ware development is not only a knowledgeintensive intellection,but also a laborintensive activity.However,compared with some common projects,software project has its unique feature of low visibility of the results.Therefore,the principle of management and software engineering should be combined together and attention should be paid to the features of software project for the project management of software development.As a result,the project management of software development can be well carried out.
