信息化的发展速度与水平使企业对其依赖程度越来越高,对个性化软件的需求也更为广泛。如何在委托专业软件开发公司进行软件项目开发中,正确对待可能遇到的风险并加以识别,及时采取应对措施,进行有效的风险管理,是作为委托方需要认真探讨和解决的问题。
The development of information has made enterprise more and more depend upon it, more broadly need tailored software. How to rightly, meet the risk and recognize the risk, timely take measures against it and manage it effectively in trusting the professional software development company to develop software project is the problem which the consigner need to consider and resolve.
