摘要
为了研究哈尔乌素露天矿5~#薄煤层的选采方案,对5~#煤赋存条件和开采设备进行分析,设计了3种可行的选采方案,按照开采设备的作业方式给出了3种选采方案的含矸率、开采成本的计算模型。并对3种方案的含矸率、原煤价值、开采成本进行了对比分析,结果表明:露天采矿机-前装机-卡车选采方案采出的原煤含矸率最低、生产成本最低,扣除设备投资费用的基础上,仍可比其他方案至少多产生2 100万元/a的经济效益。
In order to research the selective mining processes of 5~#coal seam in Harwusu surface mine,the occurrence condition of 5~#coal seam and mining equipments are analyzed.The study designed three feasible selective mining processes and gave out a calculation model established based on refuse rate and mining cost of them.As a result,the comparative analysis in refuse rate,raw coal value and mining cost shows that the selective mining process of surface mining machine with front loader and truck was able to extract the raw coal which had the lowest refuse rate and the least production cost.In addition,this process still had an advantage in economic benefit of 21 million yuan per year at least with consideration of equipment investment cost when compared to the other two processes.
