摘要
针对露天煤矿到界边坡形态优化问题,以塔尔煤田Ⅱ区块露天矿北帮到界边坡为工程背景,综合考虑安全、技术、经济三方面因素,在分析边坡断面形态效应的基础上,基于极限平衡法提出一种近水平露天煤矿边坡自下而上的分段优化方法。采用该方法对塔尔煤田Ⅱ区块露天矿北帮边坡形态进行优化,优化前后对比可见,整体边坡角提高3°,回收煤炭增加6.3324×10^(6)t。研究结果表明:合理利用边坡的断面形态效应与三维效应,可在保证安全的前提下最大限度回收边坡压煤。研究结论可为类似的边坡形态优化提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of shape optimization of boundary slope in open-pit coal mine,taking the north slope of open-pit mine in block II of Tar Coalfield as the engineering background,considering the three factors of safety,technology and economy,on the basis of analyzing the shape effect of slope section,a bottom-up subsection optimization method of slope in near-horizontal open-pit coal mine is proposed based on limit equilibrium method.This method is used to optimize the shape of the north slope of the open-pit mine in block II of Tar coalfield.The comparison before and after optimization shows that the overall slope angle is increased by 3°and 6.3324×10^(6)t coal is recovered.The results show that the rational use of slope section shape effect and three-dimensional effect can maximize the recovery of slope coal under the premise of safety.The research conclusions can provide reference for similar slope shape optimization.
