摘要
机电液一体化的断带保护装置能有效地减小带式输送机断带事故的影响,对断带保护装置工作原理和液压系统作了详细介绍,建立该装置三维建模和联合仿真建模,通过对断带抓捕装置动力学进行ADAMS与AMESim机液联合仿真,液压缸差动结构以及楔形抓捕机构的运用,有效并快速对断裂输送带进行了抓捕。
Broken belt protector of mechanical and electrical integration of liquid could reduce the influence of the faul of belt accident effectively,the working principle and hydraulic system of belt broken protection device was introduced in detail, established 3D modeling of the system and the joint simulation modeling, through the dynamics of belt-broken protective device of ADAMS and AMESim joint machine fluid simulation, the application of differential structure of the hydraulic cylinder and the wedge capture mechanism, captured belt-broken effectively and rapidly.
