摘要
断绳抓捕装置在煤矿起重设备中应用广泛,针对现有断绳抓捕装置出现的各种抓捕不稳定,制动不精确,无缓冲机构等问题,结合钢丝绳典型的力学特性,设计一种新型断绳抓捕器,提高起重设备工作的安全性。
Broken rope capture device is widely used in mining lifting equipment. Face the problems of broken rope capture device that appeared such as the instability of catching,the imprecision of braking and no buffer mechanism. Integrating typical mechanical properties of the rope, designing one new kind of broken rope capture device to improve the safety of lifting equipment＇s work.
