摘要
针对人工制备相似模拟实验台时,布料和振实难度大且精度难以控制的现状,设计了一种用于相似模拟平台制备的自移式布料及振实装置;介绍了相似模拟试验材料的振实机理;采用多体动力学软件ADAMS对振实系统进行仿真,验证了振实机构的合理性。通过使用该装置,可提高试验平台制备的自动化水平,节约人力物力,使相似模拟实验的精度大幅度提高。
According to the problem of hard to mix feeding and vibrating compaction and difficult to control the accuracy when artificially manufacture test platform of similar simulation. Self-moving device with mix feeding and vibrating compaction using to manufacture it was designed. Vibrating compaction mechanism of the similar simulation text material was introduced. Multi-body dynamics software ADAMS was used to simulate the system of vibrating compaction to verification its rationality. By using this device, can increase the level of automation test platform preparation, saving manpower and resources and to make the similar simulation text accuracy greatly improved.
