某铝土矿地下开采物理模型试验材料最优配比研究 被引量:1

摘要 物理模型试验是岩土工程稳定性研究的一种重要技术手段,其中模型试验材料的选取及最优配合比是决定试验成功与否的关键。以某铝土矿地下开采为研究背景,结合矿山开采技术条件,基于相似理论确定了模型试验的几何相似常数C_l=100,密度相似常数C_ρ=1.7。通过室内岩石力学试验选取河砂与石膏作为模拟现场岩体的材料,并结合模糊数学综合评判法对不同砂膏比的材料进行了择优分析,最终确定用砂膏比8∶1的材料模拟该铝土矿地下开采。 Physical model test is an important technical means for studying the stability of rock and soil in engineering practice. The selection of materials in the model test and the optimal mixing proportion is the key to a successful test. In this study,an underground-mining bauxite mine was taken as the background,combining with the conditions of mining technology,and based on the similarity theory,a geometric similarity constant of the model test as Cl= 100 and a density similarity constant as Cρ= 1. 7 were determined. Through the rock mechanics test indoor,by which river sand and gypsum were selected as simulation material for the rock mass,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,material with different sand-gypsum ratio was analyzed and optimized.,Finally the material with the ratio 8∶ 1 of sand and gypsum was determined to simulate the underground-mining bauxite mine.
