基于石蜡胶结优势的复合体力学特性试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Properties of Composite Based on the Advantages of Paraffin Cementing

摘要 在矿业领域的相似模拟试验中,传统的材料配比拌合需要加水。在较小强度试样制备中,因试样的完整性、养护时间过长等因素,已经不能满足高效试验的要求,为此选用熔化的石蜡作为胶结剂。为研究石蜡与相关颗粒状材料组成的复合体在加载作用下的力学特征,通过实验室试验机测试获得各复合体试样的应力应变曲线及相关的力学变形规律,并进行数值模拟对比验证。同时通过自制的内嵌式电阻应变片,比较复合体加载过程中的内部和表壁的应变情况,使用高倍显微成像设备进行观察,比较不同复合体在荷载作用下的损伤破坏形式。试验结果表明,石蜡作为胶结剂具备良好的粘结特性,可用于矿业领域的相似模拟试验。 In the mining field of similar simulation tests, the traditional materials mixing needs to add water. In the process of preparation, the samples with smaller strength were unable to meet the requirements of efficient test because of some factors including its integrity and tong curing time. Therefore, the molten paraffin was selected as a cementing agent. In order to study the mechanical behavior of the composite composed of paraffin and granular material under loading, the stress-strain curve and the related mechanical deformation law of each composite sample were obtained by testing machine, as well as were compared with the numerical simulation. At the same time, the strains in the internal or surface of composite samples were compared through the self-made strain gauge during loading. The composites were observed by high-power microimaging device, and their damage types under loading were compared. The test results showed that the paraffin had a good bonding property as a ce- menting agent, which could use for similar simulation tests in mining field.
