摘要 矿井污水处理对环境治理及水资源循环利用具有非常重要的意义。针对晋煤集团寺河矿污水处理站的实际情况,设计了1套基于PLC技术和组态王(King View)技术相结合的矿井污水处理监控系统。给出了系统的总体设计方案,设计了系统的硬件和软件。在实验室进行了实验,实验表明该系统中PLC能够实现系统的控制功能,组态王软件(King View)能够实现计算机的实时监控和管理功能,有效地提高了矿井污水处理系统的控制水平,且系统工作稳定、运行可靠。 Disposing of mine waste water is of great importance in environmental management and recycling water. Aimed at the practical situation of Shihe mine sewage treatment station, a monitoring system of mine waste water treatment based on the combination of PLC and King View technology is designed. Presents the overall design scheme of the system which designs the hardware and software and has been tested in the laboratories, practice shows that PLC can achieve the control functions of the system and King View can achieve the real-time monitoring and management functions of the computer. This system which efficiently improve the control level of the mine waste water system.Besides, the system can work steadily and run reliably.
