摘要 液压支架是机械化采煤重要设备,其监控系统完善程度决定了综采工作面无人化开采能否顺利进行。针对液压支架电液控制系统单个支架非自动控制效率低,采煤速度落后问题。设计实现集中控制的监控主机系统,又称为顺槽主机,是监控系统核心部分。重点介绍了上位机监控界面及控制器间通信问题。 Hydraulic support is important mechanical coal mining equipment. Developed degree of monitor system determines unmanned mechanizing mining proceed smoothly in working face. As non-automatic control mode of single support has low coal-cutting efficiency and speed. The design achieves central control monitor host system, it is very important and also called as drift host computer.Host computer interface and software communication were discussed in detail.
