摘要
为了解决煤炭公路运输装车过程中的车辆作弊和内外勾结等问题,提高煤炭装车效率,改善煤场作业环境,通过对传统煤炭装车系统存在问题的分析,提出了通过流程再造改变1次运煤2次称重、先装煤后计量的作业流程,设计了一种新型煤炭智能装车系统,并对系统的结构、主要技术参数和运行流程进行了详细的分析和设计。系统采用RFID技术和传感技术实现对运输车辆和煤炭质量等信息的实时获取,采用自动控制技术实现带式输送机、缓冲仓、计量仓、卸料装置的联动,装车流程完全由系统智能控制,从根本上解决了装车过程中的各类问题。
In order to solve the problems of cheating and collusion during coal loading of road transportation, improve coal loading efficiency and improve the working environment of coal field,through the analysis of the problems of traditional coal loading system, a process reengineering method was proposed which changed the process of shipped once weighing twice and weighting first then loading. Through detailed analysis and design of the system architecture, the main technical parameters and operating procedures, a kind of new intelligent coal loading system was constructed. The system uses RFID technology and sensor technology for real-time access to transportation vehicles and coal quality information, uses automatic control technology to achieve linkage of belt conveyor, buffer storage, metering storage as well as unloading equipment, with the loading process entirely controlled by intelligent system which found the fundamental solution to the various problems in the process of loading.
