摘要
为了提高当前国内铁路装车系统的自动化水平,解决人工操作速度慢、容易超偏载等常见缺陷,着重从煤矿运输环节入手,重点研究实现全自动装车的关键问题,如车号识别、车位判别、溜槽自动升降等,通过引入现代电子技术、检测技术和计算机信息处理技术,制定相应的解决方案。仿真试验和现场应用表明,系统具有较强的适用性,无论对于旧装车系统的改造还是新装车系统的开发,实现全自动装车系统均是可行的。
In order to improve the automation level of the domestic railway loading system,to solve the slow manual operation speed,over loading,side loading and other common shortages,from the mine transportation the paper had a study and solution on the key problems of the full automatic loading,such as the wagon number identification,wagon position distinguishing,chute automatic lifting and others.With the introduction of the modern electric technology,inspection technology and computer information processing technology,the relevant solution was set up.The simulation and the site application showed that the system had a strong adaptability and the full automatic loading system would be feasible whether in the reconstruction of the used loading system or a brand-new loading system development.
