摘要
从"组织公民行为"这一概念引入公共部门人力资源管理开始,梳理我国学者关于公务员组织公民行为的定义及其内容维度,综述公务员组织公民行为的前置变量(包括态度变量、个体特征及工作情境因素等)和结果变量,并据此提出目前我国有关公务员组织公民行为研究中的不足以及对未来开展相关研究的展望。
This paper reviews the existing researches on the organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants in China.Starting from the introduction of the concept of organizational citizenship behavior into the human resource management of public sector,this paper first explains the definition and content dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants by Chinese scholars.Secondly,this paper reviews the pre-variables that influence organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants,including attitude variables,individual characteristics and work situation factors.Fur-thermore,this paper summarizes the outcome variables of civil servant organizational citizenship be-havior.Finally,this paper puts forward the inadequacy of the current research on civil servants'or-ganizational citizenship behavior and the prospect of future research.
