摘要
主要根据钢筋混凝土长桩吊装的实际工程需要,分析了钢筋混凝土长桩吊装的各种工况,给出了最优吊点的定义。对于桩的水平吊装和旋转吊装,进行了双机四点吊吊点位置的优化,建立了双机四点吊吊装方案的数学模型,编制了微机软件,解决了双机四点吊中的难题。总结了《建筑工程手册》中给出的双机四点吊吊装方案存在的问题,最后文中给出了桩的水平吊装和旋转吊装的通用最优吊点位置。
To fulfil field demand of concrete long post hoisting, various conditions of long reinforced concrete post hoisting are analyzed. A definition of optimum lifting-point is given. Optimization of lifting-point is performed in double -hoisting four-point lifting, for both level and whirl hoisting of pile. A mathematical model for double-hoisting four-point lifting is established. A computer software is developed. The current issues of double-hoisting four-point lifting in construction engineering manual are summarized. The effective optimum lifting-point is illustrated for level and whirl hoisting of pile.
