摘要 主要研究大型钢筋混凝土长柱“双机四点吊”的最优绳系型式与最优吊点位置 ,以解决大中型火电厂厂房的大型R .C .长柱整体吊装问题。以“弯曲应变能最小”作为吊点位置优化准则 ,基于吊件的水平吊装状态 ,采用“三步循环坐标搜索法”搜索各种绳系型式的最优吊点。计算了各绳系型式的吊件各旋转方位下的截面弯矩与弯曲应变能 。 The hoisting system “double crane and four hoist point”of the large scale slender R.C.column is studied with respect to its optimum hoisting points and its optimum rope system configuration,in order efficiently to complete the whole erection of the large scale R.C.slender column of the large and middle scale thermal power plant.Using“minimum bending strain energy” as the criterion by which the best hoisting points of the R.C.column are determined,optimum hoints of every rope system configuration under the flat orientation of the column have been solved with the search method“three step cycling of coordinate” For every rope system configuration,the section bending moment and the bending strain energy under every rotation orientation of the column have been computed.And,by comparison with each other,the optimum rope system configuration has been determined.
