思政课教师是办好社会主义教育的关键,是贯彻党的教育方针落实立德树人根本任务的关键。新时代,思政课教师必须充分认识'政治要强'的科学内涵和实践指向,培育政治立场坚定、政治理论扎实、政治责任强烈、政治洞察力明锐、政治纪律严明等良好的政治素养,以高度的政治站位和政治要求担当为党育人、为国育才的历史重任,坚持不懈用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人。
Ideological and political course teachers are the key to socialist education and the key to carrying out the party’s educational policy and carrying out the fundamental task of promoting morality and cultivating people.In the new era,ideological and political theory course teachers must fully understand the scientific connotation and practical direction of'politically strong'.They must cultivate several good political qualities,such as firm political stance,solid political theory,strong political responsibility,sharp political insight and strict political discipline,to undertake the historical task of educating people for the party and the country with high political positions and political requirements,to cast and educate students unswervingly with Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with chinese characteristics for a new era.
