摘要
兴峪煤矿为高瓦斯厚煤层,工作面准备巷道围岩为强度较低的煤体,并且由于通风的要求巷道断面较大,在掘进过程常遇到了冒顶等问题,导致矿井采掘失调、接续紧张的被动局面为了解决这些问题,运用理论分析、数值模拟来探究其掘锚一体化技术应用的可行性,最终结论为掘锚一体化具有加快巷道的掘进速度,改善工作环境等多种优势,能够解决本矿的问题,为巷道的掘进支护的改进指明了方向。
Xing Yu collery coal mine gas thick coal seam, mining the lower coal preparation for roadway surrounding rock strength, and due to the requirements of ventilation roadway cross section is larger, the tunneling process often met the problem such as roof caving, leading to coal mining maladjustment, in a passive situation of tension in order to solve these problems, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation to probe into its dug the feasibility of the application of anchor integration technology, the final conclusion for digging anchor integration has to speed up the roadway driving speed, improve the working environment and other advantages, can solve the problem of mine for the mine roadway excavation supporting pointed out the direction of improvement.
