摘要 分析煤矿事故产生原因,对事故预防具有重要意义。文章在统计2014—2016年煤矿所发生的重大及以上事故的基础上,基于事故轨迹交叉理论,从人的不安全行为和物(设备、环境)的不安全状态,分别对瓦斯爆炸事故、瓦斯突出、水灾事故、顶板事故的发生原因进行了统计分析,并依据事故轨迹交叉理论,提出了从控制人的不安全行为、物(设备、环境)的不安全状态和两者轨迹的交叉三方面进行煤矿事故预防的措施和建议。 Coal mine accidents occur from time to time,causing serious losses to the country and the people.In this paper,the trajectory cross model is proposed to analyze the major and above accidents occurring in coal mines from 2014 to 2016.Trajectory crossover accident pattern indicates that accidents are caused by the unsafe behavior of human beings and the unsafe states of objects(equipment,environment)in time and space.Based on this theory,the causes of gas explosion accidents,gas outbursts,flood accidents and roof accidents have been analyzed respectively and measures and recommendations have been proposed from three aspects of people’s unsafe behavior,unsafe status of objects,and the intersection of the two trajectories to prevent the occurring of coal mine accidents.
