摘要
针对传统设计中带式输送栈桥结构形式存在的高空作业时间长、施工周期长、施工对周边环境影响大等不足之处,介绍了成套式模块栈桥,并对成套式模块栈桥的技术经济性进行了详细阐述。与传统栈桥相比,模块栈桥按模数加工,现场直接组装,具有现场加工量小、标准化高、安装速度快、精度高、简洁美观等特点。
In view of the problems of long high-operation time,long construction period and large impact on the surrounding environment in the traditional design of belt-type corridor,the complete set of modular corridor is introduced,and its technical economy is elaborated.Compared with the traditional belt conveyor corridor,the module conveyor corridor is processed according to the modulus and directly assembled on site.It only requires small on-site processing,while provides high standardization,high installation speed and high precision,which is simple and artistic.
