摘要
主要介绍一种从澳大利亚引进的新型模块化栈桥结构的设计方法,通过有限元分析软件SAP 2000建立结构分析模型,深入研究并分析其力学性能。结果表明:模块化栈桥结构受力复杂,整体表现为简支梁的受弯状态,竖向荷载起控制作用;薄壁波纹板可作为结构的承力构件,是新型模块化栈桥的创新点之一,相比传统钢结构栈桥可节省材料,使结构形式更加经济、合理;有限元分析结果为同类栈桥快速初选断面构件尺寸提供一种简化模型的方法,并可推广至其他型号栈桥,从而形成定型产品。
It mainly introduced the structural design of a new kind of modular trestle, which was sourced from Australia. For well study and analysis of the modular trestle’s mechanical properties, a shell element model was established by using the finite element analysis software SAP 2000. The results showed that the structure of the modular trestle was complicated, while its overall performance was like a bending simple supported beam, in which the vertical load played a control role;the thin-walled corrugated plate could be used as the bearing member of the structure, which was one of the innovative points of the new modular trestle;compared with traditional steel trestles, the new modular trestle could save more materials and make the structure more economical and reasonable;the finite element analysis results could provide a simplified model for quickly selecting the cross-section size of members for the similar trestles, and even could be extended to other trestles’ section selections, so as to form stereotyped products.
