摘要
宝钢电厂3#发电机为于1997年从日本三菱公司引进的发电设备。在2009年发现槽楔松动脱落、端部绕组支撑架上有黄粉等重大缺陷。经处理后,2010、2012年的检修期间又发现该发电机槽楔不同程度的松动脱落,严重影响发电机安全运行。本文从三次检修数据出发,分析了槽楔脱落的原因,并给出了改进方案。
Baosteel Power Plant 3# generator is a power generation equipment imported from Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan in 1997.In 2009,it was found that the wedge wedge loosened and the end winding support frame had yellow powder and other major defects.After the treatment,during the maintenance period in 2010 and 2012,it was found that the generator wedge wedges loosened to varying degrees,which seriously affected the safe operation of the generator.Based on three inspection data,this paper analyzes the reasons for the wedge shedding and gives an improvement plan.
