摘要
矿井辅助运输无轨胶轮化技术的应用,极大地提高了辅助运输效率,促进了矿井设计的全面改革,大幅度提高了综采工作面搬家速度,改善了矿井提升运输的安全条件,可以说无轨运输在煤矿中的应用改变了过去辅助运输的被动局面。因此,在条件适宜且经济可行的矿井设计中,无轨胶轮运输应作为首选方案。论文以准东二号矿井为例介绍了立井全无轨运输系统,取代以往立井有轨与无轨结合的辅助运输方式。
With the application of auxiliary trackless transport technology,the efficiencyof auxiliary transport was greatly improved,and themoving speed of the fully mechanized working face wassignificantly improved,the safety conditions of mine hoist transportation was enhanced,promoting the comprehensive reform of mine design and completely changing the situation ofauxiliary transport. Based on the practice of No. 2 mine,the technology of auxiliary trackless transport was preferred,comparing with the combiningmode of track and tracklesstransport. For the suitable mines,trackless rubber-tyred transport is the best auxiliary transport plan.
