摘要
通过对煤矿井下重载框架式支架搬运车轮边减速器的典型工况进行受力分析,确定了其减速器承载轴壳的有限元分析的载荷边界条件,进而得出了承载轴壳的强度分析的计算结果,为支架搬运车轮边减速器承载部件的强度校核提供了一种可行的计算方法。该轮边减速器在整机的工业性试验中表现良好。
Based on the mechanical analysis of wheel reducer for long-wall chock carrier with frame structure in burden typical work condition,the load boundary condition of its bearing axial-shell is made certain in finite element analysis,and then calculate result of strength analysis for the bearing axial-shell is obtained,offering a kind of feasible calculation methods for strength checkout of the bearing part of long-wall chock carrier wheel reducer.The wheel reducer has behaved well in industrial trial of the vehicle.
