摘要
针对煤矿井下锚喷工作面的产尘特点,采用涡流控尘、控尘罩控尘与湿式除尘器除尘相结合的综合粉尘治理技术,分别对喷射机喷射产尘区和喷射机机身产尘区的降尘技术进行了试验研究并优化了相关技术参数和结构参数,最后通过模拟煤矿井下锚喷工作面锚喷作业时的工作情况对喷射产尘区和喷射机机身产尘区的降尘效率进行了试验。结果表明:采用综合粉尘治理技术后,喷射产尘区降尘效率达到98.4%,喷射机机身产尘区的降尘效率达到98.1%,极大降低了锚喷工作面的粉尘危害。
Aiming at the dust-producing characteristics of bolt-shotcrete working face in underground coal mine,a comprehensive dust-control technology combining eddy current dust-control,dustproof cover and wet dust-collector dust-removal is adopted.The dust removal technologies for the dust-producing area of the sprayer and the dust-producing area of sprayer itself was tested and studied respectively,and relevant technical parameters and structural parameters were optimized.Finally,the dust removal efficiency of the dust producing area and the dust producing area of the sprayer itself is tested by simulating the working condition of coal mine underground bolt-shotcrete working face.The results show that the dust removal efficiency in the dust-producing area of the sprayer and the dust-producing area of the sprayer itself can reach 98.4%and 98.1%respectively after adopting the comprehensive dust control technology.
