摘要
针对传统的喷雾降尘系统故障率极高、喷雾效果一般的问题,开发了一套无线一体化综采工作面喷雾降尘系统,对其系统组成、原理及特点进行了介绍,在阳煤二矿进行了粉尘浓度测试的工业试验。现场工业试验表明:无线一体化喷雾降尘系统应用后,工作面采样点的总尘及呼吸性粉尘浓度均出现明显降低,工作面采样点的粉尘平均全尘浓度从586.0mg/m^3降低至87.2mg/m^3,平均呼吸性粉尘浓度从277.6mg/m^3降低至34.3mg/m^3,平均全尘降尘率和平均呼吸性粉尘降尘率为85.2%、87.7%。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate and general spray effect of traditional spray dust reduction system,a set of wireless integrated fully mechanized mining face spray dust reduction system was developed,and its system composition,principle and characteristics were introduced.Industrial test for dust concentration testing.On-site industrial tests showed that after the application of the wireless integrated spray dust reduction system,the total dust and dust concentration at the sampling point of the working surface were significantly reduced,and the average dust concentration of the dust at the sampling point of the working surface was reduced from 586.0 mg/m^3 to 87.2 mg/m^3,the average dust concentration decreased from 277.6 mg/m^3 to 34.3 mg/m^3,the average dust dust reduction rate and the average dust dust reduction rate were 85.2%,87.7%.
