摘要
本文采用Sol—gel湿化学工艺将四磺化酞菁锌(ZnTSPc)植入到二氧化硅凝胶基质中,制备了均匀掺杂的复合干凝胶。通过对复合干凝胶的紫外—可见吸收光谱的表征,表明ZnTSPc同时以单体和二聚体的形式存在于凝胶基质中。对不同掺杂浓度复合干凝胶的光限幅性能进行了测试,证明了ZnTSPc的光限幅效应并讨论了掺杂浓度对复合材料光限幅性能的影响。
We report here the s tu dy of Zinc tetrasulfo-phthalocyanine(ZnTSPc)doped silica xgel matrix obtainge by sol-gel technique.The characterization of the composites wer carried out by UV/ Vis spectra.It is found that in the composites ZnTSPc existed in the state of mo nomer and dimr.The optical lmiting effect of the composites were measured and di cussed.
