摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶湿化学工艺将不同掺杂浓度的四磺酸酞菁镍 (NiTSPc)植入二氧化硅凝胶基质 ,制备了均匀掺杂的复合干凝胶。通过对复合干凝胶紫外可见吸收光谱的表征 ,证实了NiTSPc的成功掺杂。发现NiTSPc同时以单体和二聚体的形式存在于凝胶基质中 ,NiTSPc二聚体为面 -面共扼结构。对不同掺杂浓度复合干凝胶的光限幅性能进行了测试 ,并讨论了掺杂浓度和中心金属离子对复合材料光限幅性能的影响。结果表明 ,复合干凝胶的光限幅性能随着NiTSPc掺杂浓度的提高而增强 。
By means of sol-gel technique, the nickel tetrasulfo_phthalocyanine (NiTSPc) doped silica xerogel composites was studied. The successful encapsulation was checked by the characterized ultraviolet_visual absorption spectra of NiTSPc. It is found that gel matrix of in the composites, NiTSPc coexists in the forms of monomer and dimmer, and the NiTSPc dimmer has kind of 'face to face' conjugated structure. The optical limiting effect of the composites was measured at 532 nm with 8ns pulses. The influence of doped concentration and central atom of metal_phthalocyanine(MPc) are discussed. The result shows that the increasing of NiTSPc doped concentration is benefit for the optical limiting effect and the introducing of heavy metal atom in the Pc ring can greatly increase it's optical limiting effect.
