异形环件轧制的表面流线缺陷分析与控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于变形的不均匀性,异形环件环轧时极易出现各种缺陷。以某钛合金异形环件轧制出现的表面流线纹缺陷为例,利用数值模拟分析了成形过程的材料流动,并与物理实验进行对比。通过对比环轧工艺参数与速度场分布、参考点速度差的关系,探讨了产生表面流线纹的主要原因,进而得到了优化的环轧工艺参数,即芯辊进给速度为0.35 mm/s、驱动辊转速为20 r/min、驱动辊半径为500 mm。结果表明,调整轧制进给策略后,制件表面纹路完全消除,成形效果得到极大改善。 Due to the inhomogeneity of deformation,various defects are easy to occur in ring rolling of irregular ring parts.Taking the surface streamline defect of an irregular titanium alloy ring as an example,the material flow in the forming process was analyzed by numerical simulation and compared with the experiment.By comparing the relationship between the parameters of ring rolling and the velocity field distribution as well as the velocity diffe-rence of reference points,the main reasons causing surface streamlines were discussed,and the optimized parameters of ring rolling were obtained,i.e.the feed speed of core roll was 0.35 mm/s,the speed of driving roll was 20 r/min,and the radius of driving roll was 500 mm.The results show that after adjusting the rolling feed strategy,the surface line of the workpiece is completely eliminated and the forming quality is greatly improved.
