摘要
在分析塑件结构的基础上,通过设计方案的对比,确定了塑件的注射模结构。该模具采用了活动斜型芯成型斜孔、采用二次分型和二次顶出装置,较好地解决了斜孔成型脱模困难这一难题,实现了周向斜孔的成型和脱模。生产实践表明,模具结构紧凑合理,顶出和复位运动没有干涉现象,塑件质量好。
Based on the analysis of the structure of the plastic parts,the injection mould structure was determined by comparing the design schemes.The movable oblique core forming oblique hole,secondary parting and secondary ejection device were adopted to solve the demoulding problem of oblique hole,hence the moulding and demoulding of circumferential oblique hole were realized.The production practice shows that the die structure is compact and reaso-nable,the ejection and reset motion have no interference,and the plastic parts have good quality.
