摘要
研究了硫酸铈对快速镍电刷镀层性能的影响,测量了镀层的沉积速率、硬度和空隙率,并分析了硫酸铈产生影响的机理。结果表明,镀液中硫酸铈加入量为0.3g/L~0.6g/L时,可以提高镀层沉积速度,改善镀层表面质量,降低镀层气孔率,提高镀层硬度,但不降低镀层结合力。同时指出,镀层质量的提高是由于镀层的内部组织结构产生了变化。
The influence of cerium sulphate on fast-speed nickel brush plating layer was investigated by adding it in the brush plating solution.The depositing rate,hole rate and hardness of the coatings were measured and the influencing mechanisms of cerium sulphate were discussed.The results show that cerium sulphate can decrease the hole rate and increase depositing rate and hardness of brush plating layer,while ensuring the binding force of coating.
