摘要
对东北小鲵和东方蝾螈 2种动物的血细胞进行显微观察 ,测定细胞的大小和白细胞数量比例 .结果表明 :2种动物的红细胞和白细胞比爬行类大 ;白细胞的数量比例有一定的种的特征 .其中淋巴细胞比例最高 。
Blood cells of Hynobius leechii Boulenger and Cynops orientalis David are studied microscopy in the study the size of blood cells are measured and leukocytes' proportion are surveyed.The results show that 2 species' erythrocyte and leukocytes are bigger than reptiles species.The white blood cell's proportions have characteristics with species.Lymphocyte is the highest.But acidophilic granulocyte and basophilic granulocyte in Hynobius leechii Boulenger and Cynops orientalis David are lower.
