摘要
本文对蓝尾蝾螈(Cynops cyanurus)血液进行显微观察、计数、细胞大小测量及数量比例测定。结果:红细胞较大,椭圆形,平均直径25.50×38.09μm,细胞核染色质密集,白细胞圆形,直径比红细胞长径短,核较大,白细胞中淋巴细胞最多,其次为中性粒细胞和单核细胞,酸性粒细胞极少,碱性拄细胞未见到,红细胞平均数为7.47×10~4/mm^3,白细胞平均数为0.80×10~3/mm^3,并与新疆北鲵和大鲵进行了比较和讨论。
This paper to be counted the blood cell numbers,measured their size and survcicd their proportion on Cynops cyanurus the results as follows:The erythrocyte is big,oval,average diameter is 25. 50X38. 09m. Their chromatin in nuclei is dence. Leucocytes is round, diameter smaller than erythrocyte but have bigger nuclei. There are larges lymphocytes in leucocytes, the second more are neulrophil and monocyle,a little acidophil and without basophil leucocytes. The average value of erythrocyte cout is 7. 74 X 104/mm3 and that of leucocytes cout is 0. 80 104/mm3,and compares with Ranodon sibiricus,Andrias davidianus,and discuss.
