摘要
研究了不载铜和载铜半焦两种样品在温度为 70~ 1 0 0℃条件下脱除烟道气中二氧化硫的效果。实验结果表明 :载铜半焦明显提高脱除二氧化硫的能力。但用水进行再生不利于铜在半焦表面上的存在 。
The ability of SO 2 removal by adsorption using modified semi coke and the side product of coking plants was studied. One kind of sorbents dipped with copper in the surface and another kind of sorbents without treatment were selected to evaluate their ability of SO 2 removal from flue gas at temperature range 70~100℃, SO 2 concentration of 500~3 000 mg/m 3. Parallel experiments have shown that depositing copper on the surface of sorbents increased its SO 2 removing ability. However, regenerating the adsorbent using water would also wash off copper from its surface. Therefore, the reduction regeneration method is suggested.
