摘要
研究了企业质量管理评价的核心目标,论述了对企业质量管理水平进行定量评价的重要性,并建立了基于360°多维评价的企业质量管理定量评价体系,分析了如何运用360°多维评价工具和多级评价指标体系进行企业质量管理综合评价,并给出了评价过程的详细算法和评价结果的使用示例。
This paper research for the core target of enterprise quality management system,and discusses the importance of quantitative assessment in quality anagement of enterprises, try to establish the system of quantitative assessment based on 360°performance appraisal methods,analysis of the use of 360°performance appraisal methods and multi-level assessment index system for comprehensive assessment of enterprise quality management, finally show the detail of algorithm in the assessment process and example for assessment results.
