摘要
目的 :观察纯中药制剂治疗皮质类固醇依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法 :将患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 80例 ,采用中药和外用鲜芦荟汁 ,对照组 4 0例 ,口服盐酸西替利嗪片及 3%硼酸溶液湿敷 ,疗程均为 30d。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 6 6 .3% ,对照组总有效率为 2 7.5 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。观察期间未见严重不良反应。结论 :纯中药制剂治疗皮质类固醇依赖性皮炎是安全、有效的 ,可供临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) in treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups.80 cases in treatment group,treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and topical aloe,40 cases in control group,treated with cetirizine hydrochloride table and topical 3% boric acid solution.The course of treatment was thirty days.Results:The total effect rate was 66.3% in treatment group and 27.5% in control group.The diffference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01).In the period of the observation,severe side effects were't found.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective and safe for treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis,and worth to be recommended in clinical application.
