摘要
为实现小林果机械化采摘,提高采摘效率,利用激励共振原理,设计了一款便携式振动摘果机,采用电机驱动,通过齿轮传动减速,使用可伸缩传动杆将转动传递至机头偏心转动机构,进而带动机头指排摆动。
In order to realize small forest fruit mechanization pickingcme and improve picking efficiency.Using the principle of excitation resonance,a portable vibration picker is designed.It is driven by a motor,decelerated by a gear transmission,and the rotation is transmitted to the eccentric rotating mechanism of the head using a retractable drive rod,which can drive the head row swing.
