摘要
介绍了如下几种色料的制备 :( 1 ) Zn Fe Cr O4;( 2 ) Zn Fe Cr O4中部份 Zn O被 Fe O或 Ni O+ Fe O所置换 ;( 3) Zn Fe Cr O4中部份 Fe2 O3 或部份 Fe2 O3 + Cr2 O3 被 Al2 O3 所置换 .借助热分析和 X-射线衍射分析讨论了色料的合成过程和晶体结构 .最后 ,通过色釉试验 ,参照色度测定数据 ,阐述了颜料的组成和结构对色釉颜色的影响 .表明铁离子出现在尖晶石结构中四面体间隙位和八面体间隙位的能力是极为重要的 .如果 Fe3 + 尽量少地占据四面体间隙位 。
The preparation of brow stains of following types was described: (1) ZnFeCrO 4; (2) partial ZnO of ZnFeCrO 4 replaced by FeO or FeO+NiO; (3) partial Fe 2O 3 or Fe 2O 3+Cr 2O 3 of ZnFeCrO 4replaced by Al 2O 3. The synthetic process and the crystal structure of stain, with the aid of thermal analysis and X ray diffraction studies, were discussed. Finally the effect of stain composition and structure on the in glaze colour was examined, with reference to colorimetric data.This paper shows the importance of ability of iron to occur on both the tetrahedral and octahedral sites of the spinel structure.If Fe +3 is absent in the tetrahedral site,the reddish brown is formulated to maximize the redness relative to the yellowness.
