摘要
采用一种固液反应球磨专利技术制备了 Ti Al,Ni Al和 Fe Al系金属间化合物 ,所谓固液反应球磨技术是在一定温度区间 ,球磨介质对金属液体进行球磨时 ,磨球和金属液体反应生成固态的金属间化合物粉末 ;为了加速反应进行 ,也可以在金属液体中加入与磨球成分相同的金属粉末 .本研究对固液反应球磨与类似条件下的高能行星球磨 (机械合金化 )制备金属间化合物的试验结果进行了比较 .发现固液反应球磨和普通的高能球磨机械合金化相比 ,具有更高的的效率 ,可以加快合金化的速率 ,能够生成机械合金化不能合成的金属间化合物 .
TiAl, NiAl and FeAl system intermetallic compounds nanometer powders were fabricated by a novel patent solid liquid reaction milling technology. The so called solid liquid reaction milling is to prepare intermetallic compound powders by reacting the milling medium with liquid metal at a certain temperature range. In addition, some element metal powder of the same composition with that of milling medium was added to accelerate the reaction. Furthermore, the new developed technology was compared with the high energy planetary ball milling technology for preparing intermetallic compound under the similar condition. The results show that solid liquid milling has more efficiency than the high energy planetary ball milling, moreover, some intermetallic compounds can form process, which is different from that of the later. The reaction mechanisms and advantages were analyzed and discussed.
