摘要
采用SHS工艺,从Ti,C,Ni,Al四种元素态粉末原料对TiC/Ni_3Al复合材料进行了探索研究。测定了燃烧温度变化曲线,结果表明,燃烧反应温度较高,温度变化复杂,且与TiC的含量有关。对不同相组成的产品进行了XRD及SEM分析,表明在这四种元素态粉末存在的系统中,经过SHS过程,设计的TiC和Ni_3Al相是稳定存在的两个相。合成产品呈多孔洞,疏松的开裂状。TiC晶粒细小且呈圆球状。
TiC-Ni_3Al matrix composites were prepared from four kinds of powder of Ti,C,Ni, and Al bymeans of SHS explosion technique.The combustion temperature variation curves were measured.The resultsshow that the combustion temperature is high,its variation is complicate,and is related to TiC content.At thecombustion temperature, the metal phase is in melting state,which enables the preparation of dense TiC-Ni_3Almatrix composites. The microstructure development of products of different compositions was characterized usingXRD and SEM method,which shows that in the four powder system,TiC and Ni_3Al are the two stable phasesafter SHS process,The synthesized products are multi-porous,and cracking-like. TiC grains are fine and spherical.
