摘要
在对美国稻进行米质分析和粒型分类的基础上,利用SPSS统计分析软件,对27个美国长粒型水稻品种进行品质评价,并对品质指标间进行相关分析和主成分分析,阐述了各指标间的相互关系,筛选出影响品质得分最大的垩白因子和透明度因子,求出了米质总分与品质指标间的回归方程。
On the basis of quality analysis and classification of grain types for American rice varieties, correlation analysis,principal component analysis, and regression analysis among rice grain quality traits of 27 longgrain type rice introduced from America by statistics package for social science were studied in this paper. The relationships among rice grain quality traits were discussed. The factors of chalkiness and transparence were the most important ones affecting rice grain quality. The equation between the total score and traits of rice grain quality was also obtained.
