摘要 目的 观察降纤酶治疗急性心肌梗死 (AMI)的临床疗效。 方法  36例AMI患者在给予常规治疗的基础上 ,加用降纤酶 ,分别于第 1天、2天、3天每天给予 10u ,以生理盐水 15 0ml稀释后静脉滴注 ( 1小时内滴完 ) ,与对照组比较 ,观察临床疗效。 结果 疗程 1周后 ,治疗组与对照组相比 ,左室射血分数增加 ,QT离散度减小 ,AMI后心绞痛发生率下降 ,纤维蛋白原明显降低 ,均有显著性差异。 结论 降纤酶治疗AMI具有改善左室功能 ,减少室性心律失常发生等作用 ,对发病延迟来院的患者及老年患者疗效好 ,使用方便、安全 ,值得基层医院推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 36 cases of AMI patients,beside routine treatment,were given defibrase 10u on the first,second and third day respectively. Defibrase was diluted in 150ml of NS by intravenous dripped for one hour,then was the effects observed and compared with the control group(n=30). Results After one week,LVEF of therapeutic group was increased and QTD reduced,frequency of angina pectoris was decreased,and the fibrinogen(FIBEN) was reduced significantly than control group. Conclusion Defibrase treated the patients with AMI could be able to improve the function of left ventricle and reduce the attack of angina pectoris and arrhythmia.It is also better treated AMI patients admitted to hospital lately and it is a safe convenient drug.
