摘要
通过对大庆石化分公司炼油厂酮苯脱蜡装置的原料、结晶条件、过滤操作、二段过滤等方面影响的分析,提出降低蜡膏含油量,提高去蜡油收率的措施,在调整原料结构、选择适当的溶剂组成和稀释比以及采取二段过滤的前提下,注重优化过滤操作,可使蜡膏含油量降低3%左右。
By means of analysing the feed,crystallizing conditions,filter operation and two stages filtering of acetone-benzol dewaxing unit in Refinery of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Subsidiary,the measures of decreasing the oil content in petrolatum and improving the yield of dewaxed oil are put forward.The oil content in petrolatum can be decreased 3% or so through adjusting feed construction,selecting suitable solvent composition and dilute ratio as well as using two stages filtering processes with paying attention to the optimization filter operation.
