摘要
目的 :总结急诊不扩髓治疗胫骨骨折的临床经验 ,提高骨折的治愈率及功能恢复。方法 :急诊不扩髓使用胫骨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨折 45例 ( 4 7侧 ) ,其中开放骨折 2 7例 (侧 ) ,闭合骨折 2 0例。结果 :获随 43例 45侧 ,骨折平均愈合时间 8 5个月 ,膝、踝关节功能正常 ,无血管神经损伤及锁钉断裂。结论 :交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折 ,符合生物力学原理 ,骨折稳定 ,不扩髓对骨折端血运影响小 。
Objective:To retrospectively study the experience in emergency treatment of tibial fracture with unreamend intramedullary nail.Methods:45 cases(47 limbs) of tibial fracture (27 open and 20 closed) were treated with unreamed intramedullary nail within 2 to 6 hours post-injury.Results:43 out of 45 cases were followed up.All followed-up fractures united with mean union time at 8.5 months.All knee and ankle joint function were well without such complications as neurovascular injury or broken nail.Conclusion:Intramedullary nails stabilize fracture with biomechnical superiority.Undreamed nails minimally affect local blood supply and it is good for union and functional recovery.
